Dow-Corning-Q2 - 3387 Release Agent (Modified Silicone Fluid) : Silicone polymer

Applications:

  • Dow-Corning-Q2-3387 Release Agent has been specially formulated as a semi-permanent release agent in a wide range of applications, including:

  • Polyurethane Release: particularly polyester type, polyurethane shoe soles.

  • Micro-cellular automotive parts and furniture (integral skin).

  • Automotive parts: bumpers, crash-pads, dashboards.

How to Use?
DOW Corning Q2-3387 Release Agent (1 part w/w) is normally diluted with a solvent (10 parts w/w) before application by spraying or brushing on the mould.

Suitable solvents include most aliphatic, aromatic or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Users are recommended to determine optimum concentration and application method on a small test sample before use in production.

Handling Precautions:
Product safety information required for safe use is not included.
